Bleibt zuhause und bleibt gesund!
As you can notice, we are passing a tough time, where we are not able to do what we want... also our ports are closed, so at this time sailing is not an option!
But, we can still do something, to get out of this bad times as soon as possible, and that is:
- listen carefully all the instructions that you get from your government, Cantons, Regions, clubs, and comply with them
- work strong on your fitness, use a lot the hiking bench, pilates balls, ropes with some weights, inside bicycles, rowing mashines, do push-ups, abdominals, sit backs, etc... to kip your body in shape or even improve your strength, endurance, resistance of all your muscles
- look for some sailing videos on YouTube, sailing rules, tacks, jibes, upwind and downwind technic, starts etc
- and BE PATIENT!!! #stayathome, you don’t need to do it just for yourself, but for all the people around you, specially the old ones and sick ones!
We are a Team, that is thinking on our teammate, friend, family member, neighbor...
We are a Team, that is always looking to help someone in difficulty...
